Prior to starting Elder Services of Florida, Inc., Jacque worked as a Corporate Fiduciary for Barnett Banks of Florida (now Bank of America), SunTrust Banks, Inc., and Grand Bank & Trust of Florida (Seacoast Bank) where she was Senior trust Officer. As a Corporate Fiduciary, she was responsible for the day-to-day administration of trust, guardianship and estate accounts. She became the information source for many clients and their adult children facing obstacles and issues, as well as the psychological aspects of aging.

This experience provided the basis of her business model. Elder Services of Florida, Inc., provides assistance to individuals and families looking for the means to cope and pay for care while protecting life's savings, minimizing risks and preserving dignity at all times. Jacque now serves as a private trustee, professional guardian licensed by the State of Florida, a board-certified psychotherapist and a professional geriatric care manager.

Since 2000, Jacque has served as a volunteer mental health counselor working with individuals and families dealing with depression among seniors, addiction in adult children, and other mental illnesses through two local houses of worship. She is adept at handling health crisis. Jacque’s experience spans twenty years; she worked as an independent financial advisor, a securities broker, a portfolio manager, and a trust administrator. Jacque’s designations are Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), NASD Series 7 License and current Florida Life, Health and Annuity Insurance License. In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, local and state guardianship associations and a member of the Mental Health Association of Palm Beach County.
